B.A.I.S. started as a real, daily-driven system rather than a pitch deck — developed by actually running it at home, finding what breaks, and fixing it. That's still how it's built today: continuously used, continuously improved.
We believe a home assistant should run primarily on hardware you own, integrate with the smart-home gear you already have, and keep a genuine, consistent personality rather than resetting every conversation.
